Affiniti Digital Media Ltd (Company) Statement On Modern Slavery

This statement has been published in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by the Company during the year to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its supply chains and or in any part of its business.

Structure, Business and Supply Chain

The Company owns and operates one of the UK’s leading online personal finance broking platforms, Solution Loans. The Company creates value by investing in its Solution Loans brand, broadening the range of credit products offered on this platform and enhancing both the information and tools available to help people select the right product for their credit needs.

Due to the nature of the Company’s business, its supply chain is limited and it operates with only a small number of suppliers.

The Company respects human rights and the integrity of individuals and complies with all relevant laws in the way it runs its business.

Policies in relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

The Company has in place a whistleblowing policy which encourages employees to report any malpractice or illegal acts, including suspicion of modern slavery, or omissions or matters of similar concern by other employees or former employees, contractors, suppliers, partners or advisers using a prescribed reporting procedure.

For many years the Company has used high quality freelancers to provide a range of creative services. In these cases the freelancers have either approached the Company directly or have been selected via the use of one of the major names in online freelance platforms. The Company uses UK-based freelancers and in every case meets the freelancers face to face.
